-training-I laced up my runners. Took a step onto the track. Spongey and welcoming as per usual. There was a slight breeze, just nice. It was early evening, mid summer. The sky was overcast and seemed to be acting as a roof that kept warmth in. Felt like weather that promised thunder. I threw one foot up onto the metal fence encircling the track and hooked my heel in to get the stretch. Touched my toe, felt my calf, itched my sock. Foot down, same other leg. I remembered my iPod and switched it to shuffle. My playlist started at some random place. All the songs were specific. Felt the stretch down the inside of my other leg. I did some more stretching
